HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?
It takes about 4-6 business days for our product to be produced and sent out typically. Once dispatched, delivery takes 6-9 business days. Please note that this does not include handcrafting time. During holidays, our production time may vary.
CAN I CHANGE THE DESTINATION COUNTRY OF MY ORDER?
You may not change your delivery address after your order has been dispatched.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Free delivery on orders over £49.00 worldwide (except for some remote areas). For certain outlying regions, we will select an available expedited delivery option. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is ready. Note: Orders may take 5 business days to process due to customisation. After receiving the email, allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates. Delivery dates may change due to weather or holidays.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, international delivery is available. All prices on our site are in GBP. Your card will be charged in your local currency.
PLEASE NOTE:
- If your personalised product is remade, delivery may be delayed. Items are only dispatched after passing quality checks.
- We currently do not deliver to APO/FPO addresses, college dorms, or P.O. Boxes (expedited delivery excluded). Deliveries to Alaska/Hawaii may take longer.
- Overnight delivery is not offered.
