Received Item Issues
1.I'm missing an item from my order, what should I do?

All parcels will go through strict quality inspections before being shipped. When you buy multiple items, the parcels may be shipped separately.

Product care instructions
1.Towel / Beach Towel

1) The water temperature of 30℃ is preferable. You can wash it either by hand or in a washing machine.

2) Do not use chlorine bleach. Dehydrate by spinning, wringing or squeezing.

3) It can be dehydrated by spin-drying, and then dried in the air or in a dryer. However, it's best to iron it to make it smooth after drying in the dryer.

2.Pillow / Blanket

1) Optimum water temperature is 30°C. Hand or machine wash is acceptable.

2) No chlorine bleaching. Spin, wring or squeeze for dehydration.

3) It can be spin-dried, air-dried or machine-dried. If machine-dried, iron afterwards to align the surface pile.

4) Wash colors separately.

3.Clothing

1) A water temperature of 30℃ is recommended. Both hand washing and machine washing are applicable.

2) Do not chlorine bleach. Dehydrate by spinning, wringing or squeezing.
